Understanding your options when choosing a hearing aid will help you make the right decision for your hearing health.

Most of our plans include coverage for hearing aids through a network provider. We teamed up with NationsHearing to provide hearing exam and hearing aid benefits. Hearing benefits generally include one annual routine hearing exam and hearing aid fitting covered at 100 percent.

Hearing aids do NOT restore normal hearing, unlike eyeglasses or contact lenses which can restore 20/20 vision. Hearing aids can amplify all sounds, including background noise, that you may not want to hear. Hearing aids usually entail an adjustment period that may take several months.
